Having struggled in the past with body image issues, I feel honoured to share how I made it through to a place of true self-acceptance. One of the biggest keys for me was discovering nude yoga.
After beginning my nude yoga practice in my backyard in 2015, I experienced a huge increase in my self-confidence. My passion is helping more women experience this for themselves, especially since up to 90% of women are considered to ‘hate their body’!
Nude yoga can drastically increase confidence, boost the connection you have with yourself and your sexuality, and lead you closer to a place of full self-acceptance.
And what is one of the biggest perks of self-acceptance? More pleasure! Another one of my passions! These two things go hand in hand, so higher self-acceptance naturally leads to increased sexual pleasure. Self-acceptance and sexual liberation? Yes, please!
