Rosie’s RAW Bliss Balls





2 cups of raw unsalted cashews

2 cups of raw almonds

1.5 cups of Medjool dates

2 tbl sp Cacao Powder

1 tbl sp Maca Powder

Coconut Oil

Dessicated Coconut 




Makes about 30 bliss balls


How to make?

Blend the nuts together in a blender until they are a fine texture.

Soak dates in a little hot water so they are soft and gooey.

Cut the dates up with scissors or simply pull them apart with your hands (too messy to put in the blender).

Mix the nuts with the dates (with your hands!) in a big bowl until it’s a thick sticky consistency.

Add a dash of coconut oil, honey and tahini to sweeten.

Roll into small (or if you like big) balls.

 Roll onto desiccated coconut to finish.

Keep in the fridge to set.


* Feel free to add Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, Spirulina or any other superfoods that tickles your fancy!
