We value your privacy! All our products are shipped via same day postage and discreetly packaged (with no direct reference of the nature of the contents inside).

Where do we ship from?

We dispatch all products from our pleasure warehouse, based in Perth, Western Australia.

Will my parcel be discrete?

Yes - of course! We value your privacy. We do not use any external branded packaging and we write “stone ornament” or “glass ornament” on the parcel description.

What will show up on my credit card/PayPal statement?

You can expect to see ‘Rosie Rees Pty Ltd’ ow www.rosierees.com on your bank statement, not ‘Yoni Pleasure Palace’. Rosie Rees is the owner of Yoni Pleasure Palace. This is to maintain your privacy.

Will I be charged a customs tax?

Please note that Import duty and taxes may be payable on your order depending on the trade agreements your country has or has not with Australia.

Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. We are unable to quote this amount as every country is different.

Rosie Rees is not responsible for any import charges, duties, or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control.

If your local customs ask for an invoice, then your order confirmation is your invoice

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Generally, less than a week. All our orders are shipped within the first 1-3 days of receiving the order*.

For orders inside Australia, please allow about 2-7 days. (Depends on Standard or Express postage).

For international orders, please allow between 5-10 days. There are some exceptions to this, such as Greece, Spain, Mexico, Russia or Italy, which can take over a month. Please note that COVID has extended these shipping times significantly.

*It may take slightly longer during busy seasons and sales.

What is shipping with “DHL Express”?

If you are purchasing one of our products outside of Australia, we use DHL Express services. Due to the current global situation, we are not longer able to ship using Australia Post as it’s too slow/not available to all countries and not reliable enough!

DHL express is slightly more expensive but more reliable and much faster! You will receive it in under a week.

What does ‘pre-order’ mean?

If your order is on ‘pre-order’, it means we don’t have the item in stock and are waiting for it to arrive to our warehouse.

Please refer to the approximate dispatch date on your product.

If you order items that both are available/ in stock, as well as on pre-order, we will send your products all at once. You will not receive your orders in two separate parcels. So if you want to receive your order quickly, do not order items on ‘pre-order’.

Pre-order expected dates of dispatch may also change , due to our suppliers shipping status.

You are able to email the team and offer to pay a second shipping fee to pay for shipping two packages separately.

What is your approach to eco/environmental packaging?

We are passionate about minimising single-use plastics on the planet so we endeavour to not use any plastic in our packaging. Occasionally, however we will re-use bubble wrap from our suppliers to protect breakable items. We also use sticky-tape to seal our boxes.

To safely internally wrap and protect our products, we use “Geami Green Wrap” (honeycomb wrap) as well as organic brown paper to ensure the products doesn’t break.

For all Australian orders, we send in a plain white box.

For all international orders, we sent in a plain white box inside a compostable bag.

How can I track my order?

Regarding tracking, please note that it is your full responsibility to monitor the tracking delivery of your package. If for any reason you are unable to do this and the item is returned to our shop you will be charged to re-ship the package.

We recommend monitoring the tracking link which we send once your product ships and to contact the shipping provider if you notice a delay. Please check your inbox or junk mail for an automated email from us with your tracking number.

What happens if my product is lost or stolen?

On the very rare occasion, parcels may get lost or stolen. In these situations we lodge an investigation with Australia Post/Sendle to put in an insurance claim, which can take some time. If you have tracked your parcel and it outlines being ‘delivered’, but is missing from your door step or letter box, please contact your local post office facility as it may still be at the PO box, in transit or being re-delivered. Please email us so we can rectify this situation.

Why does my product look different than in the photograph?

Each crystal and stone is completely unique in its colour, shade and energy. It's normal for there to be "inclusions" in your crystal. These may appear like discolourations, cracks, lines, fissures or patterns. Crystals are like us - imperfect - so be aware that your crystal may look different to the photographs online.

Do we accept returns of faulty products?

We do not accept returns after 14 days of date of purchase.

If the product is faulty or damaged, the customer must email us within 14 days of receiving the product and send us a photograph identifying the imperfection.

Depending on the circumstances, we may require the customer to send back the faulty product to our warehouse. If this is the case, please email us to confirm our office postal address for return shipment. We ask that you also keep the tracking number on the receipt as we will not be able to ship a new product back to you until the faulty product has arrived. In other circumstances, we will send you a new product without requirement of sending the damaged goods back to YPP.

I would love to sell these products, do you wholesale?

Yes we do! Please read this page thoroughly before emailing Veronica. A minimum of 5 items per line is required if you wish to order wholesale. For example, 5 Rose Quartz Wands, 5 Nephrite Jade Eggs etc.
