When will I receive my order?
For orders in Australia, please allow 1 – 5 days. We send all products EXPRESS POST within Australia, which means you can have your product the next day if you live in a main capital city, or within 2 – 5 days if you live more rural. We will send you a tracking number on the day the item is shipped – if you don’t receive a tracking number, please contact us here.
For international orders (anywhere outside of Australia) please allow 5 days to up to 4 weeks. Most orders will arrive within 5 – 10 days of dispatching, however there have been some orders which have taken up to 4 weeks to arrive due to the country’s postage system, which is out of our control (such as Greece, Russia or Italy). If you wish to pay extra for express international post, please contact us here and we will upgrade your order to express once you transfer via PayPal.
International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to. Please note are not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes that may be imposed through international purchases. We will always declare full value of your order.

Your item was lost in the post, undelivered or stolen?
We use Australia Post for the shipment of our products both internationally and locally (within Australia).
99% of AustPost service is efficient and reliable, with 1% of parcels occasionally going missing, unsuccessfully delivered, lost or stolen at the customer’s front door. Once the item is dispatched from Perth, Western Australia – unfortunately we are not liable. However, due to the unfortunate circumstances of some situations we are happy to offer 50% off your next purchase. Please email us and we will send you the special code to access 50% off.
How much will shipping cost?

How are the products packaged?
All products are thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap and then wrapped (like a present) in organic brown paper.
For internationally orders over 500 grams, we send in a plain brown Australia Post box with the international form on the front.
For Australia-wide orders over 500 grams, we send in a box and then add the box into the bright yellow express post satchel (more cost effective to send this way).
For all products under 500 grams (like a yoni egg), we will send in a padded bag.
All products are sent in a discrete brown box with no labels or “Rosie Rees” / “Yoni Pleasure Palace” branding anywhere.
Do you accept returns?
In the instance that you receive your product and are not happy with it, we do accept returns, however the customer must pay for their own return postage and send a photo of the front of the parcel before dispatching (to remove any error of the item being sent to the wrong address). The item must also not have been used – for obvious hygiene reasons. We will send a replacement of your choice and not charge you extra for shipping.
If by chance your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it (with a photograph as evidence) as occasional exemptions can be made on a case by case basis.
Please check your address carefully, you are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. If your product is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We will do our best to make sure the product arrives to you safe and sound but occasionally things do happen and if so please contact us at rosie at rosierees dot com within 24 hours of receiving it and we see what we can do.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled so please take time to tune into which crystal you want when making your choices.
Can I pay with credit card if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Yes! All orders will be processed through PayPal but you do not need to have an account. You can pay with all credit cards without needing to log in. When you are redirected just scroll down and select the option to “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.
